After dying in the void in the Nether text is turning black on all menus upon leaving game right away.

This is my first post here. Not sure if anyone else posted this as I didn't initially see any posts. Essentially I was messing around in the new Nether and I ended up killing myself in the void, text went strangely dark for all menus including the title screen, didn't check if credits were affected but if all other text was I assume it could have done that too.
