Endermen pick up nylium, despite it being based on netherrack

Recently, the ability of endermen to pick up netherrack was removed, but in the same update, they gained the ability to pick up nylium. Not only does this make zero sense, as nylium is simply netherrack with a layer of plants on top, but with the numbers of endermen that spawn in warped forests, largescale destruction of the terrain would be inevitable. Endermen should therefore not be able to pick up nylium.
