What I expected to happen was...:
I would pick up the item with no trouble.
What actually happened was...:
The item would be picked up, and the outside weather (snow) would look as if I was standing outside.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Wait for it to rain.
2. Pick up an item.
3. Observe your screen. (Heads up: This bug won't work deep underground.)
