Lily pad ghost blocks when moving quickly while placing

 The bug

When you are moving or spinning quickly while placing lily pads sometimes a second (ghost block; client-side only) lily pad is placed.

It is a visual error (well you can walk upside it too) because when you quit it it doesn't give you an item.

How to reproduce

1. Give yourself some lily pads
2. Switch to Survival mode (to see consumed item count)
3. While spinning quickly place lily pads
