Map creating in creative mode creates 2 maps, the desired one and a null one.

When opening the empty map item in any dimension whilst in creative mode, it ends up creating both the desired map, but a null map that when continuously creating maps will end up stacking up. I've tested it in survival, and it shows it trying to make another one, but deleting it quickly.

Update: ive found i was wrong about it being in all dimensions, its only in the nether.
