Creating a mojang account for minecraft

When you try to create an account for mojang it will pull up the sign up page then it will bring to a page that says "

One Account.

Register an Account ". The Resgister an Account" is what you click on but it wil do the same thing again. It's starting to become very annoying now and I have been trying to do this for two days now.
