All of my villagers dissappeared

I have a backup, reopening it and switching back to the previous snapshot makes them appear again, but each time i use the latest one, they all disappear

Note: I have this village from a Village and Pillage snapshot before the update officialy was released, it has doing good every other update except for this one

It is a snow village, not the taiga one
