Zombie pigmans cannot be healed and transformed into piglins

What I expected to happen was...:

zombie pigmens turn into piglins.

What actually happened was...:

zombie pigmens cannot be cured.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. using potion of weakness and golden apple on the zombie pigmans.
