mooshrooms have a glitched cow texture after being sheared

When shearing a mooshroom in the newest snapshot after messing around with the new locatebiome command to find a mushroom biome, it changed into a very glitched cow with 75% of the textured missing and looking generally wierd

How to reproduce:

1. get a mooshroom
2. shear it
3. glitched cow
