Piglins/Hoglins interaction with boats/minecarts

 Piglins and Hoglins ignore boats and minecarts, cannot be seated in either.

Dunno if it's an oversight that just hasn't been implemented but I'm posting it here anyway since I haven't seen anyone talk about it.
