Diamond Pickaxe With Enchantments Upgraded To Netherite Pickaxe Doesn't Get The Enchantment On it

Basically I can't have the same enchantments of the diamond pickaxe to the netherite, and it's really frustrating cause i upgraded my super pickaxe in my survival world, all the good enchantments a pickaxe can have.
