Problems with Nether Biomes

Using Creative Mode, if the player breaks above the top bedrock layer of the Nether, the player can find the tips of Warped and Crimson Trees poking up above the bedrock. Another thing that I noticed similar to this is there are mushroom patches growing on the same above-the-top-bedrock area.
