Uh... Is Glowstone supposed to be spawning in a Nether Fortress?

Um... I decided to take a walk in the Nether Fortress, and came across some glowstone blocking my way. So I thought: "That's weird, this isn't supposed to be here." I have never seen glowstone inside a Nether Fortress before...
