Mobs spawned by using spawn egg on mob makes new mob spawn without their weapon.

When using a spawn egg on an existing mob, the new mob spawns without weapon. 

This happens to every mob that be default spawns with a weapon (mobs like wither skeletons, skeletons, pillagers, zombie pigmen and stray).
