The /locatebiome command doesn't work

1.16 although brings some awesome features, there is a bug I want to talk about. If you do a /locatebiome command in the nether, for example /locatebiome crimson_forest, and you decide to click the coordinates and teleport there, some issues come up, namely
1. You get teleported into a block and suffocate
2. The y-level is completely off. I had to fill in a 20 by 20 by 20 area of TNT and blew the entire thing up to finally reach the "open" area of the Crimson Forest. It was very annoying, especially the computer lagging.
