Bartering on Soul Sand

If you drop gold onto Soul Sand, and maybe other blocks that entities sink into (I haven't tested other partial hitbox blocks yet), Piglins will still approach it, but won't pick it up and throw an item back at you, they just stand there, staring at it. It's funny to watch, but I don't quite think that's intended.
