Strange generation of Nether Trees

There's a strange generation issue, where some new Nether Trees are spawning inside Nether Fortress. I believe it's a bug. The screenshots explain the issue.

This also might be issue of biomes and structures mix-up, where new biomes use the air space to generate on existent structures.
