Piglins and hoglins can exist if difficulty is set to peaceful

I found a weird bug that happened to me. I was going to spawn the new Piglins and I was in Peaceful Difficulty. And I could spawn them in! That shouldn't be because you can spawn Zombie Pigmen in Peaceful Difficulty
