/teleport no longer allows an entity to teleport above Y layer 255 NOT A DUPLICATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I get the "Invalid position to teleport" when trying to teleport above 255, eg tp ~ 256 ~.

This is with all type of teleport locations (fixed, relative and directional).

This is for all entities.
