Bone meal only works on warped/crimson fungi when on top of nylium

The bug

Warped/crimson fungi can be placed on grass, dirt and many other blocks. But when using bone meal on the fungi while on top of non-nylium blocks, they wouldn't grow into large fungi. Also mentioned in [Mojang] slicedlime's video.
