Nether Doors drop two doors when breaking

I was playing an cheats and get this I broke door I got 2 doors I think its because both parts of the door drop a door.

I forgot the folder for the files so have this meme.

if anyone can find footage of the bug please add it I forgot make a minecraft screenshot folder
