lost ability to play Minecraft

I have not played Minecraft in a few months so the launcher logged me out which is normal but when I logged back in (on the account I bought it with) It said I never bought it but in July of 2018 I bought the game after losing my old account and I would like to not have to buy it a third time. If there is any way to get Minecraft back I would like to try it
