Nylium does not match Netherrack variant when bonemealed

In the default resource pack, when you bonemeal netherrack, often the netherrack part of the Nylium texture will not match with the original block due to the many blockstate variants of netherrack. This is due to Warped and Crimson Nylium not having variants to match netherrack.
