Warp Blue Tree On Top Of Nether

I was Messing around in the nether with the new snapshot when I saw a hole in the bedrock roof that i did not do

then i saw one of those warped tree's on top of the ceiling

Steps to Reproduce: i don't know how to reproduce then to fly up there
