Brewing stands don't have a "facing" block state

The Bug:

Brewing stands don't have a "facing" block state.

As a result of this, brewing stands always appear to face east.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Obtain a brewing stand and place it down.
• Enable the F3 debug menu by pressing the "F3" key.
• Look at the brewing stand closely.
• Take note as to whether or not brewing stands have a "facing" block state.

Observed Behavior:

Brewing stands don't have a "facing" block state.

Expected Behavior:

Brewing stands would have a "facing" block state.
