Enchanted Netherite Tools Rendering Bug

Recently, I was testing the strength of a sharpness V Netherite sword, when I noticed the enchantment glow appeared strangely on the item (invisible pixels on the item were glowing). This also applies to the Netherite boots. Images provided for context.
