Mouse lagging/glitching out on MacOS Mojave 10.14.6

Not sure what exactly caused this, but the mouse "lags". The first few seconds after joining a world I will have fluid mouse movement that would be "normal". Not sure how I can fix it–any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
