PC keeps right clicking when playing minecraft

When I play Minecraft, my PC starts reading that my mouse/trackpad (I play on a laptop) is right clicking, even though I am not right clicking. Checked to see if this is happening to me with other games to see if its a hardware issue, this problem only persists when I play Minecraft. I have only had this issue in singleplayer mode but haven't been on multiplayer to see if I get the same issue. PC goes back to normal after resetting BIOS to default. PC keeps right clicking in game and when not in game (as when I close the game and client, PC is still right clicking in desktop and in browsers).
