it is impossible to make a superflat world out of weeping_vines_plant

You cannot make a superflat layer with the weeping vines plant block.

Doing so will result in it being replaced by air instead.

How to reproduce

1 - Create new world and choose superflat

2 - Go to presets and change one of the blocks to weeping vines plant

3 - Observe the bug
