Prophiler graph doesn't dissappear

The prophiler graph that appears when you press Shift+F3 doesn't dissappear unless you exit and rejoin the game. This is similar to MC-99346, however, that one is on 1.9.1 Pre-1 and it's also considered close. So, I'm reporting it again.
