Hoglins that are facing up or down does not move their heads

The bug

Hoglins can move their heads when facing left or right, but they can't rotate their heads when facing up or down. Most likely because they have flat heads that are slanted.

How to reproduce

1. Run

    /summon hoglin ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1,Rotation:[0f,-75f]} 

2. Press F3 + B
   → The blue line which shows where the hoglin is facing faces up, but the head doesn't reflect this.
