Hoglins don't stare at any nearby entity

Proper behavior for the hoglin isn't fully implemented yet.

Unlike most mobs, hoglins don't stare at the nearest entity. For comparison, zombie pigmen can sometimes stare at a nearby player. This is not the case for hoglins. This can be seen if they player uses F3 + B.
