Shift+Left Click won't work! Please help!

Hi! So, I've had this problem since 1.14.3 came out, and I hate it. In chests or crafting tables I use Shift+Left Click to get things into stacks, and it does not work. I've looked it up and can't fix it. I really need help. Thank you. (Especially for this bug tracker ) And also, whenever I double click it wont work .
