Item re-pick up time too long

If you throw an item out of your inventory and go to pick it up again, in snapshot 20w06a, it takes way longer than in previous Minecraft edition. I would consider this a bug, since it can create inconveniences when playing.

IMPORTANT NOTE: this occured when randomTickSpeed was set to 3000
