Fossils in the nether can spawn inside of nether fortresses and bastion remnants

The bug

There are fossils that spawn in Nether Fortresses or Bastion Remnants, replacing parts of them.

How to reproduce

Create a "World Type: Single Biome" world with "Soul Sand Valley" as biome
/locate either a fortress or a bastion and check if a fossils generated insecting them. Repeat this step if you cannot find any intersecting fossils.
