End Spawnpoint generating at outer end islands very rarely

Very rarely When visiting the End using End Portal Blocks (Using /setblock i assume the same applies to normal end portals)  the spawn point of the End spawns in a far away location that could ruin a worlds end spawn - i have been unable to replicate the issue but it can be seen clearly in attached images. This is not a common issue as I have not had it occur in any other worlds but a certain bug nonetheless.

Note: The main end island still generates at 0,0 but in the attached images it can be seen the end spawnpoint appeared in the outer end islands - 2000 something blocks on the z co-ord further than it should have been.
