Breaking block below Crimson or Warped doors causes the door to duplicate

While playing around with the snapshot today, I've noticed that if you place one of the new doors and then break the block beneath, the door drops two of itself.

This affects both Crimson and Warped doors. and appears to occur consistently, regardless of the block the door was placed upon. The other doors appear unaffected.
