RANDOM Spawner Crash

I logged in with 13w22a and my world with some custom spawners crashed.
I think that 13w22a has a problem with spawners, please fix this bug.

How to activate the crash:
1. Create a custom spawner with MC edit.
2. Login to Minecraft with 13w22a
