Raids

So, I build a village in my base. Also, my base is near the pillager's tower. I accidentally killed the pillager leader. After that, I got bad omen buff then I came back to my base and the raid bar appeared. I killed a lot of the pillagers the raid bar started to decreasing but It never disappeared and the pillager mobs keep spawning and raiding to my base. I lost all of my villagers but It still raiding my base and never ends. Even though, I killed all the pillager mobs.

What I expected to happen was...:
I thought the pillagers only spawn again after few waves, but in my case the wave didn't change.

What actually happened was...:
The pillagers keep spawning and raiding my base without changing waves.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build a village near the pillager's tower
2. Get yourself bad omen buff
3. Go back to your village.
