Crash Spawn Egg | Custom Name Illegal

Good night, my name is MNight4 and I've found an interesting crash using hacks from 1.15.2. The Error consists on SPAWN EGGS.

If a SPAWN EGG, has the "CustomName" nbt without a "JSON" format, when you right click, nothing happens.
If the EGG OF SPAWN, put in a dispenser, the server or client in which you are, will close instantly.

In the first example, the creeper can be generated with the modified name, both in a Dispenser and in the hand:
*Normal & With JSON: give @p minecraft:creeper_spawn_egg{EntityTag:{CustomName:'

'}} 1*

In this case, the item DOES NOT HAVE a JSON structure and when trying to spawned it with a right click, the game does not. But in a Dispenser, the client or server cannot process the Custom Name data of the mob.

The BUG affects version 1.13, 1.14 and 1.15.
