Zombie villagers despawning after curing.

My cured zombie villagers are despawning from my trading hall. They are name tagged as well. I had no problems with this until 1.15.1 since then I have had 21 villagers despawn. I went for months with no problems. Each villager is in its own cubicle. The hall is well lit and fully carpeted.
