loading any world 3 times causes lock up

loading any map 3 times will crash the game, it does not have to be the same map, this has been annoying me for months please fix

(Note that minecraft is on the d drive for this pc, out of default install)

Update: had some consistency issues but i sent out a crash log, and did some more testing on it
