Kicked every time after playing 10- 15 minutes in a server

Hello, since a year i have the problem that when I am playing on a server for like 10 to 15 minutes i get kicked and I dont know why i get that error kick message on the Picture. When you can explain me how to find the log for that then i can send you that too.
