Error messages and deleting all my stuff

I’ve paid for the prison edition of Minecraft and almost every time I play I get an error message of #659 and I lose all my resources. It’s unacceptable as I actually paid for the game. I’ve lost so much I actually don’t want to play it anymore. I would like my money back for it please. I’ve tried to write a complaint but listing a bug issue seems to be the only way to get through.
