Minecraft crashing when i am plaing

I have a problem. Sometimes when i am playing (delay about 1-2 hour) Minecraft 1.12.2 with mods my minecraft give me a error like "You want wait or close the programm", but before it is hung about 5 minutes. I am to attach the file, you can read it. (Corry if i make mistakes, i am from Russia)(and i dont know why i cant indicate 1.12.2 instead 1.15.2)
