Firework rocket entity tilt is not suitable for heading when launched from dispenser

The tilt of the Firework rocket entity are the origin by the player, it seems that it is supposed to be shoted from the crossbow.
However, this is incorrect when launched from a dispenser. The origin should be by the launch source.
