Minecraft wont launch

I hit play from the launcher and the game just disappears, it doesn't show in my taskbar, but it shows in task manager. It shows that it is using 0% cpu but 1.8Gb of ram, which i have 8GB dedicated to it. I have tried compatibility mode and i've reinstalled java and mc a couple times now. I've opened the minecraft game output and it shows me the image linked below.
