Crashing

I can load up Minecraft on my iPad with internet, but ever since 1.15 I have not been able to load Minecraft without internet. I used to be able to before 1.15, I know you have fixed a few problems like this but when I load it without internet I crashes before I get to player screen, when I turn on my mobile hotspot it takes forever and just doesn't load as soon as I select a world. If you could do something to fix this that would be absolutely awesome! Thanks for reading this.
