Bees Dissapearing

So on a realm, I have a glass room for my bees with one hive, flowers, and an unlit campfire. Several of my bees have mysteriously disappeared. They have not stung me or anything. The only one that hasn't disappeared was one that I nametagged, but I don't believe it's supposed to be that way.
