1.15 Predicates don't work on Realms

The new predicate system added in 1.15 for datapacks appears to break when added to Minecraft Realms. The rest of the datapack still functions, but this bug caused any test that used predicates to immediately break in realms, disabling dimension, weather, biome, location, and time-based tests.
